ADA parking is available in the Yellow Lot on a first come, first serve basis. The South Gate is Wheelchair accessible.
Advance tickets for Charleston Battery Matches can be purchased online at tickets.charlestonbattery.com via SeatGeek, the exclusive digital ticketing provider for the Battery. When tickets are available the day of the match, tickets may be purchased at either of the two box offices located on the west and south ends of the stadium, which open 90 minutes prior to kickoff (subject to change).
Purchase in advance online to save on tickets. Ticket prices increase on the day of game.
To help ensure guest safety and ensure a fan-friendly experience at matches and other events, sitting or standing in aisles, at rails, on ramps or in stairways is prohibited. Guests will be asked to return to their seats. Standing on seats is also prohibited.
Alcohol is available for purchase to guests 21 years or older. Proper photo identification is required. There is a two (2) drink maximum per purchase, per person. Everyone, regardless of age, must present a valid I.D for each alcohol purchase. Alcohol may not be brought into the stadium or taken out of the stadium. Fans attempting to smuggle alcohol into or out of the stadium will be subject to either removal from the facility, loss of ticket privileges, and/or arrest.
Trained guide dogs and service dogs are permitted/allowed to assist guests at Patriots Point. All other animals are prohibited. If you need assistance while at Patriots Point, please contact the nearest usher or staff member.
The Battery welcome guests from the community to perform the national anthem during home matches. Performances are subject to demo/performance review by the team. For information regarding national anthem performances, please contact us at contact@charlestonbattery.com. Group performance requests, please contact groups@charlestonbattery.com.
There are no ATMs on-site at Patriots Point. Due to the need to eliminate cash transactions, all points of sale inside Patriots Point will be cashless either via credit card or touchless mobile payments.
A baby changing station is available for families, located in the Family Restroom underneath the East Stands.
All guests entering the facility will be screened with a visual inspection and bag inspection. Guests with disabilities may request alternative search methods. Screenings are a condition to entry and any refusal to be inspected may result in a refusal to admit. We encourage fans and supporters to not bring bags to the stadium, if a guest chooses to bring a bag to the stadium, they will be searched upon entry. Guests are permitted to bring a clear bag, no larger than 14” x 14” x 6”. Guests are permitted to bring small clutches or purses no larger than 6.5” x 6.5” into the facility.
Prohibited bags include but are not limited to: large purses, coolers, briefcases, backpacks, luggage of any kind, computer bags, camera bags or any bag larger than the permissible size. This policy is not intended to interfere with guests attending with specific medical needs or guests caring for young children. There are two box offices at Patriots Point. The primary ticket office is located at our West Gate near the Blue Lot. The secondary ticket office is located at our South Gate next to the Yellow Lot.
Still cameras are allowed in Patriots Point. Lenses exceeding 6” in length, camera bags exceeding bag policies, and tripods/monopods are not permitted inside the stadium without prior approval. Video cameras are prohibited. Drones are also not permitted at stadium events. Please contact marketing@charlestonbattery.com for any questions regarding photography during Battery matches. Photographers are not allowed on the field at any point during events.

For Charleston Battery games, children four years of age and younger do not require a ticket unless they require their own reserved seat, then a ticket will need to be purchased. Please contact the box office for any questions regarding children’s tickets prior to entry.
Charleston Battery will provide a fun, safe and enjoyable soccer experience for all home matches at Patriots Point.
Charleston Battery expects an environment where:
- Fans are encouraged to participate in supporting the club through singing and cheers while being respectful to all parties
- Fans must be courteous to their fellow patrons, fans, players and referees.
- No obscene or abusive language, behavior or signs
- No chants or signs/banners with inappropriate language including any comments regarding racism, sexual orientation or ethnicity are permitted
- No fighting, taunting or threatening remarks and/or gestures
- Alcoholic beverages must be consumed in a responsible manner and only by those of legal age
- Throwing objects of any kind or any behavior that impairs the safety and/or enjoyment of the match from other guests/teams is prohibited
- No pitch invasion or unauthorized field access. Violators will be subject to prosecution.
- No occupying non-general admission seats without an appropriate ticket
- No flares, incendiary devices, smoke bombs, sparklers, and fireworks of any kind without official approval
- Fans will comply with Charleston Battery and Patriots Point staff regarding all stadium policies and emergency response procedures

All major credit cards are accepted at Patriots Point, which is going cashless this year. Credit cards may be used at the box office, merchandise stands, and concessions. Accepted cards include Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
In the event that inclement weather approaches Patriots Point, public address announcements will be made to update fans on the situation. Should a lightning strike occur within 10 miles of the venue, play will be stopped immediately. Play will resume 30 minutes after the last strike occurs within the 10-mile threat radius. If play is suspended due to weather, fans are required to vacate the stands and seek shelter either in their vehicles or in the concourse below the East Grandstands.
All ticket stubs should be kept for re-entry into the stadium after the weather threat has cleared. Updates on the resumption of play can be found on the Battery homepage, on the Battery’s Twitter account or through the Battery app.
There are three main entrances for Charleston Battery matches. The South Gate is located next to the Yellow Lot. The West Gate is where the main box office is located, next to the Blue Lot and the Pavilion Gate located next to the West Gate, entering directly into the Breeze Airways™ Pavilion food and beverage area.
For Charleston Battery matches the Gates will open 90 minutes prior to the start of the match (subject to change).
Tickets cannot be exchanged, refunded or re-printed. If you are unable to use your purchased ticket, you have the opportunity to send your ticket to a friend or family member via the SeatGeek app.
If a match is postponed due to weather, tickets for the postponed match will be valid for the rescheduled date. Please contact tickets@charlestonbattery.com if you have any questions about postponed match tickets.
Stadium guests are not permitted access to the playing field at any time during an event. Only guests with the proper credentials will be allowed on the field. Anyone entering the field without proper credentials is subject to removal from the stadium and/or arrest.
First aid station is located in the Northeast Corner of the stadium. Should you need immediate assistance, please find the nearest security personnel or usher and they will dispatch help to your location.
Guests may not bring food or beverage into the facility. Food or beverages deemed necessary due to special dietary need, religious requirement or medical condition may be approved in advance by the Guest Services Department, please contact contact@charlestonbattery.com for more information.
For all Charleston Battery matches, the gates will open 90 minutes prior to the scheduled time for kick off (subject to change). Any earlier openings due to special events will be announced on social media.
Patriots Point staff reserves the right to deny entry to guests that appear to be intoxicated. Any intoxicated guests causing a disturbance during an event, will be asked to leave the facility and may be subject to arrest.
Lost and Found is located at Guest Services located by the Kids Pitch at the north west end of the stadium. If an item is found, please give it to any Stadium staff member. If an item is lost, check with Guest Services during any event. To inquire about a lost item after an event, email contact@charlestonbattery.com. Lost and Found items will be kept for 30 days and then discarded or donated to a local charity.
Separated children and parents should contact the nearest Charleston Battery employee, event staff member or security personnel, or go to the Guest Services tent located in the north side of the stadium, behind the Supporters Section stands.
Members of the media may request press credentials for access to press areas and post-match field-level access. Please submit credential requests to this form indicating the publication represented and match date for which credentials are required.
Official Charleston Battery team apparel and merchandise is available for purchase in the Pavilion and at various locations throughout the stadium. Battery gear is also available for purchase at the online team store.
Noisemakers such as air horns, drums, cowbells, horns, and whistles are prohibited except in designated Supporters Section areas with prior approval from Battery staff.
Patriots Point is conveniently located from most reaches of the Charleston area. Parking at Patriots Point is available in four different lots next to or nearby the stadium. Please visit our parking page for more information on where to park and directions to the stadium.
The Charleston Battery is dedicated to providing a safe and secure environment in which to enjoy events. Security officers and police are stationed near each entrance gate and all persons entering the stadium are subject to search and questioning. Full cooperation with authorities is appreciated and it will speed the progression of the lines. Items not permitted into the stadium include, but are not limited to:
PROHIBITED ITEMS:
● Weapons of any kind including, but not limited to, knives, pepper spray, stun guns, concealed weapons and firearms.
● Fireworks of any kind including, but not limited to, flares, smoke bombs, incendiary devices and Pyrotechnics
● Illegal drugs or harmful chemicals.
● Any missile or projectile like object.
● Aerosol cans or pressurized containers.
● Laser pointers or flashlights.
● Streamers
● Remote controlled aircraft or unmanned aircraft systems (drones).
● Animals (except assistive animals).
● Signs / banners larger than 2 ft. x 2 ft. (or any other item that could obstruct other patron’s views).
● Umbrellas (Fans should bring raincoats/ponchos for inclement weather).
● Outside food & beverage of any kind.
● Metal or glass containers of any kind.
● Backpacks and large bags over 14x14x6 inches (subject to search).
● Noisemakers (airhorns)
● Bikes, inline skates, skateboards, scooters, shoes with wheels.
● Frisbees or inflated balls of any kind.
● Un-approved pamphlets, handouts, advertisements, etc.
● Strollers
● Any other items deemed to be inappropriate or dangerous by the person responsible for safety/security at Patriots Point Soccer Stadium
● There are no provisions to check items at the gates or in the stadium. Charleston Battery fans will be asked to either take prohibited items back to their car if they have not entered the stadium, or dispose of prohibited items at the entrance of the stadium.
● Neither the Club nor Patriots Point Soccer Stadium are responsible for items left behind, lost, stolen, or damaged.
● Possession of prohibited items is grounds for ejection from the stadium. Game tickets will be forfeited.
● Security personnel reserve the right to inspect any item at any time and prohibit any item deemed inappropriate for crowd safety or detrimental to others enjoying the event.
● Violation of any of these guidelines may result in ejection from Patriots Point Soccer Stadium or revocation of future ticket privileges.
● Fans conduct themselves in a lawful manner to avoid incidents in the stadium and in the parking lots.
Patriots Point Stadium has a strict no re-entry policy. Any guest who leaves the stadium during an event will need a new ticket to re-enter the facility.
Restrooms at Patriots Point are located near the South Gate, in the Pavilion food & beverage area, and underneath the East Stands. Please see our stadium map for further direction.
To ensure the safety of all guests, fans are required to wear a mask or facial covering when not consuming food or beverage. Fans are encouraged to keep a safe, social distance of six feet from fans outside their group or party.
Patriots Point Soccer Stadium wants to ensure that guests have a safe and enjoyable experience. Security personnel and uniformed police officers are positioned throughout the stadium. Guests requiring assistance should contact the nearest security guard, uniformed police officer, Charleston Battery team member or go to Guest Services.
If you see suspicious activity, please report it to the nearest venue staff or law enforcement.
Suspicious circumstances/activities include but are not limited to:
- Backpack, suitcase, briefcase or package left behind or unattended
- Strangers asking questions about structures or security procedures
- Unusual chemical smells, fumes or smoke that worry you
- Unauthorized cars, vans or trucks left in no-parking zones near important buildings
- Overheard threatening conversations discussing violence, bombs, guns, etc.
- Guests taking pictures of unusual things such as fuel storages, utilities, secure areas, and ID badges
In accordance with the College of Charleston, Patriots Point is now a healthy, tobacco-free environment. No use of tobacco is allowed on any campus property. This policy covers all forms of tobacco, including smokeless (chew or dip) and e-cigarettes or any form of vaping device.
